About Us

We are an online glass art gallery based in Asheville, N.C. USA. What began as an appreciation for glass and 710 culture, has become a mission to help support Artists in the community and share their amazing work with you all.

ORDERING & AVAILABILITY

New glass is added to the website regularly. Our Instagram account (@Spectra_Glass) posts content and is a good place to find additional photos/videos.  Contact us with any inquiries. You do not need an account to order from this site. Credit Cards are processed using a secure system, Authorize.net.

NO FEE LAYAWAY 

We offer a no-fee Layaway Plan on any of our available pieces. We require a minimum of 40% Down Payment to hold the piece. We will then mark it sold in our store and give you up to two months to pay off the remainder. It's that simple and there are no extra fees involved! 

All cancelled plans are subject to a 20% restocking fee (of the total cost on layaway). Any amount paid that exceeds 20% of the items total cost, will be refunded or issued as store credit.

This plan is subject to change anytime.

SHIPPING, HANDLING & INSURANCE 

Adult signature is required for all items ordered from Spectra Glass Gallery.

Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) at no additional charge. If you wish to upgrade shipping speed to USPS 2-Day Express (or UPS overight), please contact us.

Each order is packed with extreme care, using bubble wrap and peanuts to create a buffer around the hard case or inner box.

If there are any issues with your order or shipping, please contact us immediately.

RETURN & PRIVACY POLICY

There is a small window to cancel your order before it has shipped.  All order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

If any items arrive damaged, please immediately photograph the packaging and all contents and email photos to us. All packaging and contents must be preserved for documentation. SpectraGlassArt@gmail.com

In the unlikely event that you receive the incorrect item, will will send a pre-paid return label to your email and issue a refund after receiving the returned item. Otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS.

You can choose from the following payment methods: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. 

This website and credit card processing system use a secure SSL certificate to keep your information safe.

We do not share any customer information we collect regarding your order and we ensure that all information collected is secure.

After you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided during check out. Spectra Glass will not be held liable for items shipped to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please verify that all information is correct in the confirmation email after you’ve placed an order.

If you purchase a functional item, you will also be sent an ID Verification email to confirm you are of legal age to purchase Tobacco products.

Also please note, we reserve the right to refuse service/goods at any time.

If importing and/or owning smoking accessories is illegal in your state, city, county, or country, Spectra Glass accepts no responsibility as to verify the legitimacy of the order before accepting it. We will not reimburse you should any products be kept or destroyed by authorities.
